How to Submit a Quote
Getting a customized quote should be quick and painless—that’s where we come in. As a valued partner, we want to provide you the quickest quote turnaround possible. With complete information, no matter what group size, we’ll work closely with you to provide competitive rates and the fastest turnaround possible. And with the right information submitted, sometimes we can get you a customized quote in as little as 48 hours. So before you send in your request, we ask that you take a look at the checklist below. Essentially, the more information we receive, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.
Steps to Request a Quote:
Email a request to quotes@dentalselect.com
With your request, we ask that you include the following:
- A census
- A current summary of benefits
- Current and renewal rates
- Premium and claims experience (for groups that have 100 or more enrolled)
- A bill
- A desired due date for your quote
- Requested effective date
- Any benefit requests
- Requested commission
For new groups with no prior coverage, please send the following:
- Name of group
- Group address
- A desired due date for your quote
- Requested effective date
- Any benefit requests
- Requested commission
Assuming sufficient information is submitted in your request, you can then expect to receive your quote within 48 hours for a small group (less than 100) or 72 hours for a large group (100+).
